The tours provided by your company were the highlight of our vacation,
especially the tour with Carmelo in the Port of Naples/Capri. Carmelo was
extremely professional, van was excellent (with good air conditioning),
the recommendation of the professional tour guide for Pompeii was the
best, and we just cannot say enough good things about our experience with
Carmelo.
Also, the tours with Sylvester (Civitavecchia) and Alberto (Livorno) were
excellent. They were very professional and helpful and the tour guide for
Vatican City (Rose) was once again an outstanding recommendation.
We used a different tour company for our two ports in France and it was
then that we truly realized the excellent service that your company
delivers as our two stops in France did not even compare to the experience
Italy Private Excursion provided.
I will recommend your company to everyone I know and thank you once again.

Unlike others we only used IPE for our Rome port of call and greatly regret that we did not use them for all. The service was wonderful and worth every cent in comparison to the trips offered aboard the ship.

Our excursion for the day couldn't have been better. We were picked up at the ship by our driver and we toured Pisa and Florence. It was the best, probably the best tour of our trip. A real class act.

We used this company for Naples/Sorrento and almalfi coast tour and they were wonderful. Carmene, our driver was great, spoke beautiful english and was a lot of fun.
We just arrived back from our cruise. My wife & I w/ our 12 year old son used IPE for our day excursion in Rome, Italy because of the good comments we've read before our NCL Med. cruise. And sure enough, it was worth it. As expected, IPE was wonderful to great. No negative comments. Driver/Guide Romano was great and informative. We used IPE for two ports in Italy. Unfortunately they were already booked for Naples. I cannot say enough about them. Sam and Gian were great and fun. Just wanted to tell you that ItalyPrivatExcursion was wonderful! We wish all of our tours were booked with your company. Gianni and the Pompeii guide Sal were fantastic. We especially loved Gianni! WOW! What a personality - and so helpful and knowledgeable. You could tell that he really loved his area. He couldn't do enough for us - gave us a gift of lemoncello, and since it was hot outside, bought us a gelato on the ride home. When we got back to the ship, he not only told us where the elevator was to get to the area we needed to go, but took us there personally escorting me by the arm to the correct elevators. His personality was so contagious and he truly cared about us on our tour. I can't say enough good things about Gianno - loved him! Our driver for Pisa / Florence (David) was also top-notch. What a super personality. He was so accomodating and even had a cooler with water for us. There wasn't anything he wouldn't do for us. I loved that we could actually talk and converse with both of your drivers. They were personable - and not just drivers. Loved their sense of humor! We booked two other tours and the drivers did NOT compare with Italyprivatexcursion! Whatever you have going - chosing your drivers - it works! They have personalities and care about the people they take care of for the day. We will definitely recommend your company to others and if we ever return, use italyprivatexcursions for all of our tours! Thank you for a wonderful experience.
