Tuscania is one of the loveliest towns in Upper Latium. Built on a hilltop by the Etruscans in the 7th century BC, the town was situated in the river Marta valley, about 10 miles from Viterbo. Thanks to trade and farming, Tuscania soon became one of the richest centers in southern Etruria.

Within 45 Minutes drive from the Port of Civitavecchia or one hour from Rome, we will arrive to the beautiful and charming city, surrounded by medieval walls inside which very narrow streets will lead you to San Pietro Church, the amazing VII c. Romantic church located on the highest spot in the town.

TARQUINIA

Tarquinia has been designated an official UNESCO World Heritage Site. In this beautiful medieval town, you will see the famous frescoed tombs of the Monterozzi Necropolis. These frescoes are of rare beauty and are a permanent “still image” captured for posterity to see a glimpse of this fascinating civilization which was absorbed by the Romans 2400 Years Ago.

English writers George Dennis and DH Lawrence felt in love with the beauty of this town.

The art collection is housed in the beautiful Vitelleschi Palace, built in the XV c., a priceless Gothic-Renaissance monument.

And for a special treat, we can also organize personalized wine and olive tasting tours to the famous wine producing estates around Tuscania for you.

We help you to choose the “restaurants”, farmhouses, where you can savor Extra Virgin "Organic" olive oil, one of the finest in the world, and certified by the AIAB National Association for their Organic Agriculture;.
