Amalfi Coast and Ravello
This day is for you to enjoy the most important towns on the Amalfi coast, Ravello, Positano, Amalfi.
Your English speaking driver will meet you at your hotel (either in Naples, Sorrento or any town on the Amalfi coast) and drives along the coast of Amalfi to the most charming fishermen’s village of Positano. A cliff divides the town in two, with the west side housing the beach area and the east side the town center. You have the morning here to enjoy this lovely village, walking the narrow streets that takes all the way down to the sea, shop for the local craft before heading over to Ravello, where we will stop for lunch in a local restaurant overlooking the coast. The town is located at the top of the Dragone Valley, and truly seems as though it is a town and a garden at the same time.
You have then the afternoon to explore the town of Amalfi, the biggest and the most important one of all, with its wonderful views, is the main town of the Amalfi coast. See the white houses cling onto the rocks opposite the Saint Andrew Cathedral, and the main squares of the city, all part of the charm of this coastal village.
This tour requires extensive walking over uneven pavement, and we recommend you wear comfortable shoes. All rates are quoted in Euro funds. Payment in Euro or Travelers checks. Price includes English speaking driver for the day. Price does not include lunch, gratuities or entrance fees.
