Underground Rome
This tour will take you on an amazing journey to the underground of Rome. Your guide will meet you at your hotel and take you to one of the most interesting sites in Rome, the underground of the city. Rome is full of mazes of ancient burials, with ancient frescoes, narrow tunnels and chambers are the impressive sites to see when in Rome. On of the important sites to visit are the the Basilica of St Clemente, where you can enjoy a journey back in time as you descend down three levels and through two thousand years of history. From here a walk to a very unique site that only we have the privilege to enter privately with our clients, the underground of one of the important churches in Rome , Santa Maria Maggiore, where you can see the remains of several ancient roman houses with beautiful frescos that will leave you with a Wow factor!
