Vatican tour in depth
This private tour offers you an in depth experience of one of the most important museums in the world, in depth tour of the Vatican collection with all important highlights between ancient and renaissance art.
Starting with the Vatican museums with an impressive collection of ancient Roman and Greek art but also works by Michelangelo and Raphael. Your private guide will take you through history of the Popes and their collection throughout the museum reaching the magnificent Sistine Chapel where the master himself, Michelangelo, spent years of his life creating the ceiling and the last judgement. Your private guide will then take you to St Peters Basilica, with its glorious baroque art and Michelangelo’s Pieta!
Please note: The Basilica of St Peter’s might close for last minute ceremonies or mass. We will try to inform you on time but it is not always possible. In this case we will decrease the price.
