Terms and Conditions
By accessing, browsing, or using our website or any of our applications through any platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the “Website”) and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. The Contract
All persons wishing to make a booking must carefully read and understand these Terms and Conditions. By making a booking with our Company, you accept, on behalf of yourself and all those named in the booking—including minors and persons with disabilities—to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
A booking is accepted and becomes definite only when the Company sends a confirmation email. At that point, a legally binding contract exists between the Company and the Client.
Before confirmation, the Company reserves the right to adjust prices. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client. No verbal or written representation, warranty, prior agreement, or description of services exists other than as expressed herein. The services to be provided are the tour(s) referred to in the booking confirmation.
2. Payment & Acceptance of Booking
A credit card is required to secure your booking; however, it will not be charged in advance. Prepayment may be made up to 14 days prior to the service via credit card. A processing fee applies to credit card payments. Alternatively, payment can be made in cash at the conclusion of each service.
Credit card details are required to hold the booking, and the card must be valid and owned by the cardholder. No charges will be applied at the time of booking; the card is used solely to confirm the reservation.
If the card expires before the service date, the Client must provide a new valid card.
By completing our reservation form and providing your credit card details, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the Company.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made by email.
-
10 days or more before the service date: No charge will apply.
-
Less than 10 days or no-show: The Company reserves the right to charge a no-show fee equal to the total amount of the requested services.
4. Complaints
If a Client has a complaint, it must be reported to the Company at the earliest opportunity to allow the issue to be resolved before any public display.
5. Privacy Policy
The Company collects and processes personal information, including that of any persons whose travel arrangements are requested by the Client. The Company takes all reasonable measures to protect personal information in accordance with applicable laws and best practices.
